gnome-u2ps software package provides tool to convert UTF-8 text to PostScript, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnome-u2ps
gnome-u2ps is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnome-u2ps package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnome-u2ps *
You will get with gnome-u2ps package name, version, architecture and description in a table
